– A Junior Operator

To be considered for the role of Fleet Operator, candidates should have:
– A deep understanding and experience in daily vessel operations (prefixing/postfixing stage, monitoring and managing daily operations and commercial activities, correspondence with Charterers, dispute resolution, etc.)
– A minimum of five years of relevant experience in fleet operations, or a combination of experience as a Master and office personnel, with at least two years of office experience in the operations department.
– A relevant academic degree in maritime studies or a related field.
– Strong computer skills and excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
– Adaptability and comfort in working with modern fleet management systems and digital tools.
– A Captain Class B license or higher, which will be considered a valuable asset.

To be considered for the role of Junior Operator, candidates should have a strong desire to learn and grow within the company, and possess:
– A minimum of two years of relevant experience in fleet operations.
– A relevant academic degree in maritime studies or a related field.
– Strong computer skills and excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
– Adaptability to modern fleet management systems and digital tools.
– A fresh mindset, eager to contribute new ideas, with a strong appetite for hard work and professional growth.
